FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?: Honestly, this is a seasonal sort of question. In the spring and summer we have a lot more daylight to work with, during the fall and winter not as much. What we do though is try to make the most of the shootable hours in a day.

We will be launching online scheduling in the 4th quarter of 2022.
Where are you located?: In the River Valley of Arkansas but with consideration for time and travel expenses we have gone as far as almost Dallas as well as all over the state of Arkansas and Oklahoma. Location is always up for discussion.
Do you accept reservations?: Planned sessions are just that, reservations. In some cases we do require a non-refundable deposit for sessions but we try to be as accommodating as we can be.

we will accept checks, if we have had the opportunity to work with you before and have an established relationship with you.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: If a session requires a deposit, the deposit is non refundable unless

a) the session has to be rescheduled due to weather, which sadly is out of our control.

b) Cancellation is doing a minimum of 72 hours prior to your session

If your session has to be rescheduled due to weather we will make our best effort to reschedule as soon as possible.

If a session does not require a deposit there is no fee for cancellation.
